Tears and Sleep training:
You don't have to struggle night after night, settling and resettling your baby There's a lot we can work on to improve things. One major area is your baby's ability to self settle. Its easy to worry that sleep training may cause harm but this isnt going to happen using my methods. Tears can happen when making changes - especially when your baby's under 12months old. What's important is how you respond to those tears. When responding with love and support your connection and attachment will remain in tact.
