If you decide you want to go ahead, we’ll get to work!  You’ll fill in a questionnaire and sleep diary for me and I’ll come to our consultation having carried out a full assessment: I'll be ready with clear ideas about what to work on and we'll agree a tailored plan that gets you where you want to be. 

Review and adjust

If you've opted for ongoing support, we'll be monitoring progress really closely! I use texts and a sleep tracking app so that I can support you every step of the way. We also have follow up calls for troubleshooting, questions and next steps. YOUR goals are MY goals - I can't wait to speak with you and get started!
