I know that sleep deprivation stops you being the calm, controlled parent you want to be.  You snap, you cry, you feel guilty: You're human!

 

Sleep's a basic human need.  Its not selfish to want more of it!  If you and your baby are well rested, you'll all be happier and healthier.

My Thoughts...

Confession of a ‘gentle’ sleep coach

When i first started out as a sleep coach i entered the industry having been trained that self settling isn’t always needed to achieve good quality sleep.  Moreover, if it WAS found to be needed in a particular case, i was told ANY type of sleep method (slow or fast) would work perfectly if followed consistently.
