For more complex sleep challenges that may take a little time to resolve, this package is perfect! 

You'll get your consultation and plan, and then i'll be right along side you for 3 weeks with one-to-one text support so you feel supported and confident at the end of our time together. 

This is a great option for toddlers and children where there might be bedtime battles, nightmares, anxieties, early morning wakings and coming into your bed overnight.
