Betsy, 2 years old

Betsy's mum said bedtime was a hugely upsetting experience; with crying/screaming/rocking the cot each night.  This was delaying putting their 5 year old to bed: It had become a habit to bring her downstairs again to get him up to bed.  A stressful game of ‘how & when will Betsy fall asleep’ ended with taking her for a drive in the car at 11pm.  This was causing late & stressful nights for both parents and the children.

Harri, 6 months old

At 6 months old, Harri was showing all the signs of needing to move towards independent sleep.  He'd only sleep ON mum or in the car/pram and he was waking so often at night that his mum was reluctantly bringing him into bed to sleep on her as her only way to get him to settle.  With a 2.5 year old brother and a partner who worked away some nights each week, things needed to change.

Caroline has been amazing helping our six month old to self settle and nap in the cot. Within days we went from baby sleeping on me, waking every 1 to 2 hours and all naps in the pram/car/on me to him sleeping in the cot all night with just two feeds and all naps in the cot. Caroline's approach is so friendly and non judgemental it's just what a sleep deprived mum in the thick of it needs. We are all getting so much more quality sleep now and we couldn't have done it without Caroline's knowledge and support. Thank you so much!

Anja and Rosa, 3 year old twins

Like many 3 year olds, Anja and Rosa were full of beans and finding it difficult to settle down at the end of the day. They didn’t want to get into bed and wouldn’t lie down and go to sleep. They didn’t want their mum, Claire, to leave the room until they were asleep and bedtime took much longer than Claire wanted.

Erin, 19 months old

Previously, Erin had only allowed her Dad to settle her to sleep and would get upset at the idea of bedtime; resulting in tears and resistance at the end of each day.  She would wake very frequently at night and her mum had feelings of guilt and failure that bedtime just wasn't how she wished it could be.

Aderyn, 9 months old

Aderyn was breastfed to sleep for naps and bedtime and her mum, Shellie, wanted to be able to get Dad involved in putting her to sleep.  She also woke frequently at night for feeds and, with an imminent move to room sharing with her brother and sister on the horizon, Shellie wanted to be able to reduce these night wakings.

Caroline is incredible. She really knows her stuff. I love how she blends scientific knowledge with personal experience. I really appreciated how she regularly checked in with me which made me feel like I wasn't alone in it all. Maeva, 11 months old

11 month old Maeva had unpredictable nights; sometimes awake for hours and even known to reach over and rattle the door handle in anger if left in her cot.  Being very alert and prone to big protests, we took a gradual approach with Maeva to move away from feeding to sleep and move towards sleeping in her cot.  After a couple of weeks of this approach, we moved to sleep training and Maeva took to it like a charm!  She's now happily sleeping all night and loves her cot.

Caroline was recommended to us after months of sleep struggles with our 11 month old. She was fantastic in her approach helping us make tweaks to nap times, self soothing techniques and ongoing support throughout! Joshua and Hope, 4 year old twins

Pammy's a busy mum who runs her own business and desperately needed more sleep!  Like many 4 year olds, Joshua and Hope are full of energy but struggled to wind down at bedtime.  They needed Mum or Dad to sit with them to fall asleep and would make their way into their parents' bed during the night. Broken nights and early risings were taking their toll on the whole family and everyone needed more sleep!

I was really struggling with my 4 year old twins who kept waking at night and getting into bed with me, and I hadn’t had a full nights sleep in years. It was exhausting everyone. I filled in our sleep diary and Caroline gave some really useful suggestions to start with getting the twins used to me leaving them to settle in their room but building the trust and reassurance that I would be back and am always there, first few nights they woke a few times unsettled and I remained consistent with the tools that Caroline had implemented and was very surprised at how quickly the twins got into a routine. We are now 3 weeks in and they have not woken once and sleep in their own beds all night, meaning I get the well earned quality sleep that I need. Honestly this was the best decision having some sleep coaching. I highly recommend Caroline. She gives daily support and is the best! Truly has made the biggest impact on all of us. Thank you!
