5 MIN MINDFUL BREATHING
Take a few moments to be still.
Bring your awareness to your breath wherever you may feel it most in vour body.
As you breath in naturally and normally, be aware of breathing in as you breathe in and be aware of vour breath as you breathe out.
Simply maintain this awareness of breathing in and out.
There is no need to visualise.
Count or figure out the rhythmn of your breath.
Just be mindful of breathing in and out.
Without judgement just watch the breath ebb and flow like waves in the ocean.
There is no place to go or to be right now except right here right now with your breath.
As you breathe in and out, be mindful of the breath rising on the inhalation and falling on the exhalation.
Just riding the waves of the breath, moment by moment, breathing in and out.
From time to time, attention may wonder from the breath.
When noticing this, simply acknowledge where you went and gently bring your attention back to your breath.
Without manipulating the breath in anyway just be aware of the breath as it comes and goes.
As you come to the end of this meditation, congratulate yourself for taking this time to be present; realising that this was an act of love. T
ake some time to reflect on what came up for you during the practice.
Write down how you feel.
